Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Thrift.mt's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Thrift.mt acts as a venue to allow users who comply with our policies to offer, sell, and buy certain goods. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for items.
Thrift.mt charges an 8% platform fee on successful sales. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of €2.50 for Malta and €3.50 for Gozo. These fees are subject to change with notice.
Users may not list counterfeit items, stolen goods, items that violate intellectual property rights, or any items prohibited by Maltese law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
